I decided to put together a list for those who don’t travel much internationally and especially as a solo female traveler. Hopefully this helps out anyone with traveling overseas for the first time!
- Addalock: This by far has to be a must when you are traveling alone as a female. When you rent an airbnb, this will lock anyone out who has a key when you are alone inside their place. Check it out on Amazon.
- TSA Locks: Locks anyone out of your bag except for security.
- No-Jet-Lag: Reduces Jet Lag after a long flight! Read on how and when to take it on the back of the box.
- Goodwipes-Body Wipes: When you have long flights & don’t have time to shower. It is also good for when you are non stop sighting in a city & want to wash up real quick. So bring some extra with you in your purse or backpack.
- Universal Adapter: This is definitely a must when traveling to new countries & you can use it anywhere. Check mine out on Amazon.
- Neck Wallet: To keep your passport, money & credit cards safe while traveling.
- Waterproof phone case: You never know when it’s going to rain while sightseeing on vacation. Also good to keep any germs off your phone.
- Filtered Water Bottle: Can’t find water to buy right away? This will help you stay hydrated by filling it up with sink water & knowing that it is filtered right away.
- Tep Wireless: Stay connected with family & friends for as low as $7 a day with unlimited calling, texting & wifi. It’s a portable hotspot for your phone. Make sure to check out their website for more info!
- Activated Charcoal: When visiting a new country you never know how your stomach will react to it’s food. So this is good to take an hour before each meal.

Fake Wedding Band: Single or in a relationship, this will be helpful.
